Controlling constant cell concentration

The Aber Instruments Biomass Monitor has been used widely to control a constant cell concentration in the bioreactor. 

Many cell culture processes employ dynamic nutrient feeding strategies to reach high cell and product concentrations. Tight control of the perfusion or the nutrient addition rates can be achieved by using Aber Biomass Monitor allowing the bioreactor to be operated under the optimum conditions for maximum recombinant protein production (over an extended period) or a stream of constant quality cells.
