Lucas Brookes as Managing Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Lucas Brookes as our new Managing Director.

Lucas, who previously served as our Manufacturing Director, steps into the leadership role at a pivotal moment in ABER’s history. As an employee owned business, this transition highlights our ongoing commitment to nurturing internal talent and ensuring the long-term stability of our operations here in Aberystwyth.

Having led our manufacturing department for the past three years, Lucas brings a deep, hands-on understanding of ABER’s world class technology and most importantly the people who create it. His transition ensures that our core operational strengths remain at the heart of our strategic leadership.
